At the corners of Hampshire St and Upton St is a raised sidewalk slab probably due to tree roots. Sidewalk is raised 1.5 inches.

Sidewalk Defect

Resident complains on Highland Ave there is 10'x 8' patch of dirt without pavement. Resident states that its been like this for awhile.

I have written before about this problem (specifically to your arborist, since it involves tree work).
We have a problem in front of 47 Walker St, where locust roots have buckled the street and block the flow of rainwater to the storm drain.

Tree Pruning Request-Tree is located on Norfolk St at the end of 413 Washington St's driveway. Branches are growing into wires.

Sidewalk Defect-Curb is sinking drastically, please inspect.

Manhole/Street Drain Issue- Repair work was believed to be done at address to a catch basin. Construction debris (mound of asphalt) was left next to and on top of catch basin. Please resolve.
