At the off ramp from westbound I-40 onto 98th street, someone has made and bolted a seat onto one of the signs at the stoplight for the beggars to sit on while asking for money. It is bad enough that people have stood on this corner begging for money for over a decade, but now someone is making it a comfortable thing to do, which will only encourage them to do so. As you can see, they leave their trash here as well whenever they have "shift change" as I like to call it. (This is when one beggar leaves the corner and a new one walking from the Flying J comes to take their place... it happens all the time)
