The tree in front of the post office on Fountain Street where Harrison St. comes in blocks the traffic light and people frequently go through the red light.

It is difficult to see the light at Harrison and Fountain. What I find more difficult is knowing where to stop if it turns red after I have passed the light at Phillips and Fountain. Sometimes the timing is off and I am trapped. Difficulty is compounded by cars parking in front of the post . Why, exactly, is there a light at that location and where is the stop line for it?
