Opis

Vehicle has been parked for over 8 months or so on city street in front of 8420 or 8416 Plymouth Rock NE without being moved. It has a plate expiration of 2017, but maybe no insurance, etc. The city shouldn't be a free parking lot for such vehicles that don't obviously work.
