ONCE AGAIN…I would REALLY like an explanation from traffic and parking, or whoever is in charge of sports…cars parked on the grass inside Russell Field. Why aid the city spending money on refurbishing grass, and planting trees ,when there are still people parking in the grass inside the field? This was Sunday. One person mentioned permit parking…this was SUNDAY, and street parking without a permit is allowed. Also, the DCR lot is really only used during the summer, when the pool is open..why can’t people park there. This is a real annoyance. And it’s not right.
