The light that allows traffic from Davis Street onto Whalley frequently doesn’t change. I’m not sure what the trigger is but it doesn’t work well.

Thank you. Note that sometimes it works immediately, but many times doesn't work at all. If that camera mounted on the signal across the street is the trigger, the tree placement at the corner is problematic.
