Description

Crossing over Edgewood on West Rock has become hazardous. Cars park too close to the intersection blocking sight lines. Near accident this am. Please consider adding and enforcing no parking zone at a reasonable distance from the intersection.

Yes! I have seen actual accidents, as well as near-accidents, frequently over many years. In addition, if the crossing guard is at all conscientious, he or she puts him- or herself into harm's way many times daily.

There are no standing signs at this intersection. This is a parking enforcement issue and the parking division has been notified.
