No one from the City of Albuquerque has completed anything.
The North Diversion multi use trail system is public property.
The code enforcement division of the city planning department will not address illegal encampments on public property.
This entire are stretching for a half mile or more in every direction has been overrun by criminals who are illegally occupying space.
