This is inside Russell Field. Once again, parking on (what used to be grass). I realize many of these people volunteer their time to support youth sports, but I don't understand why they cannot park ON THE STREET. I know there has been a complaint regarding possibly this same vehicle and really wish the city would set guidelines If equipment has to be unloaded do it, staying on the pavement and then park in the street. As I took this picture it was raining .,,,.,
