Description
Raymond Street park has off leash dog hours every morning from 6 am until 9.
Neighbors were told the park would get signage and education for dog owners on the rules for the off leash program, and that the conditions of the park would be monitored.
Currently there is only 1 unreadable sign while there are 4 entrances, and Animal Control has not been out to talk to dog owners in many years. Theres constantly piles of dog poop and holes left by the dogs which isn't fair for the many kids who play soccer here.

We live nearby but basically avoid the park at this point because it’s so muddy and riddled with poop. The last few times we tried to play on the field when it WAS dry enough (in the afternoon, off leash dogs approached my young child repeatedly and the owners were totally dismissive of my attempts to keep them further away, since she’s scared of dogs.
