These criminals have been illegally occupying space in this area for months now. They have no interest in any type of social services. They are involved in narcotics trafficking and human trafficking. They migrate back and forth between the multi use bike and pedestrian trail system, the City parks and the store fronts.
We desperately need more law enforcement presence!

4/15 and they are still here. The gave me the bird after taken this picture. Also, black abandoned van just a little bit east of this where others are living.

They are also blocking the sidewalk preventing free flow of pedestrian traffic.
