Description
Reported a broken park manhole cover that someone could fall into or trip on and injure themselves and then it is marked as fixed without anything actually being done. Why? Saying it is fixed when nothing was done is fraud.
I was there today at noon. The covers are exactly as they were. Ajar and loose as the picture shows.

"Valve box lids at Mongtomery Park were secured and bolted down as of 04/01/2024.
Area Supervisor walked the park site again 04/04/2024 about 1:00pm and did not encounter any valve lids ajar, loose, or missing. If there is an area of the park that PMD missed while walking the site, please call 505-857-8650, ask for Gloria & please reference Montgomery Park. We would be glad to meet on site so the issue can be identified to us so we can correct the area of concern.
If the park site of concern was not Montgomery Park, please identify the name of the park of concern to 505-857-8650 and reference 311 Case #240404-000580."

"Please show evidence with updated pictures for this site as this was addressed back on 04/01/2024 & entire site walked on 04/04/2024, no valve lids missing, ajar or loose.
On 03/27/2024 Irrigation Tech on site and put the valve lids back on the valve boxes correctly. PMD is not on park site 24 hours, unfortunate that the valve lids were opened again and left askew between the timeframe of Irrigation Tech going on site 03/27/2024 and 04/01/2024.
On 04/01/2024, Irrigation Tech was sent back to bolt the lids down on valve boxes.
Valve box lids at Montgomery Park were secured and bolted down as of 04/01/2024.
