Hi--thank you for reporting missed collections on SeeClickFix. Trash, recycle, compost and yard waste collection occur between 7am-4pm. We ask that residents wait until 4pm to report a missed collection. This helps our drivers complete their routes on time, reduce emissions, and avoid confusion.

In the future, please report missed pick-ups after 4pm on your collection day but before 9am on the day after collection day.
